Audiocodes a annoncé un nouveau firmware avec le numéro de version 7.2.100.
Nouveautés majeurs:
• Signaling capacity for Mediant 9000 has been increased to 180,000 users.
• The Mediant Virtual Edition SBC now supports the Media Transcoding Cluster feature (MTC). Up until now, MTC was supported only by the Mediant 9000 SBC.
• The MTC can now be virtual machines. Up until now, the MTC was available as a hardware platform only.
• Integrated SBC Configuration Wizard in the Web Interface. The wizard simplifies SBC initial provisioning, using configuration templates per SIP trunk and per PBX model.
• MP-1288 now supports SBC functionality, including Cloud Resilience Package, in addition to the already supported media gateway functionality.
• Maximum number of IP network interfaces (IP Interfaces table), VLANs (Ethernet Devices table) and Media Realms (Media Realms table) that can be configured on the Mediant 2600 and Mediant 4000 SBCs have been increased to 1,024.
• SBC License Pool now supports upgrading SBC licenses without resetting the SBC
