Nouvelles fonctionnalités:
•SmartTAP 360° Live can be added to Microsoft Teams Client as a Teams App that enables users to trigger On-demand recording buttons and an access tab to the full application with user Single Sign-on (SSO). The SmartTAP Teams Application is supported in Teams desktop and Teams mobile clients. This setup involves registering the App on Azure, configuring the appropriate API permissions and the Manifest file and then uploading the configured package to the customer organization’s App Store.
•SmartTAP 360° Live now records Microsoft Teams chat messages of users enabled for chat recording (this release includes a BETA version of the feature). A new module “CD-Live” must be installed on Azure either as a component of the SmartTAP server or on a Stand-alone server. In addition, an Azure application must be created with Graph API access and appropriate permissions assigned, and targeted SmartTAP Teams users must be mapped to the Azure Active Directory.
•Microsoft Teams video call recording support was added to SmartTAP 360° Live. It is possible to record peer-to-peer and group video calls as well as video calls with screen sharing. The names of the users in the video are displayed during the playback. SmartTAP supports the recording of up to 10 video streams provided by the Microsoft Recording API (by default SmartTAP requests 4 streams from the API).
•Low capacity specifications for the SmartTAP Server and Teams Bot Cluster are now available for managing recordings in deployments consisting of a small number of Microsoft Teams users and concurrent calls
