The following features are now available on SmartTAP for Teams integration in Recording Profiles:
• Record on Demand: Users can be assigned to a recording profile with Record on Demand as Call Recording Type selected. Recording contains audio from the point user decides to record the call and triggers the recording.
• Save on Demand: Users can be assigned to a recording profile with Save on Demand as Call Recording Type selected. Recording will contain audio from the beginning of the call and is deleted if the user does not trigger the Save Recording during or shortly after the call has ended.
• Pause or Resume Recording: It is possible to enable pause resume in the recording profile. Users assigned to the profile will be able to pause recording and resume it when audio recording of a part or the remaining part of the call is not desired to be recorded.
The ADD Configuration page has been enhanced with a new dialog for searching for member groups and assigning them to ADD users.
Microsoft Azure Service Bus for communication between SmartTAP Server and the Microsoft Teams BOT cluster has been added.
SmartTAP 360o for Microsoft Teams Compliance Recording is part of AudioCodes Live offering with per user per month managed service and can be hosted fully in AudioCodes Azure subscription or the customer’s Azure subscription. When SmartTAP 360o for Microsoft Teams is hosted in the customer’s Azure subscription, the solution can be deployed in a secured hybrid model where SmartTAP Teams BOT Service Fabric Cluster is deployed in the customer Azure subscription and the SmartTAP Server and media SMB storage is deployed on-premises. This model enables customers need to store data on-premises in order to comply with regulations and policies
