[Microsoft Lync Server 2013] VMWare View 5.2 - Problème de pairing avec le plug-in VDI

Problème:

Dans le cadre d'un déploiement du client Lync 2013 dans un environnement de production constitué intégralement d'utilisation travaillant dans des sessions viturelles VMWare View, le jumelage avec le plug-in VDI ne fonctionne pas

Résolution VMWare:

This issue occurs when these conditions are met:

• You installed Microsoft security updates released after May 2013 for your Lync 2013 client.
• Your Lync 2013 client is running on View desktops with Horizon View 5.2 Feature Pack 1 or 2.

It is a known issue affecting VMware Horizon View 5.2 Feature Pack 1 or Feature Pack 2.

To work around this issue, uninstall your Microsoft security update if it was installed after May 2013.

To uninstall the Microsoft security update:

1. Verify that your Microsoft security update for Lync 2013 client was installed after May 2013.

• Go to Start > Control Panel > Programs or Programs and Features. Click View installed updates and view the date in the Installed On column. 

• Uninstall the update. For more information, see Remove an update.
