The Lync 2013 Pre-Call Diagnostic Tool (PCD) is a client-based application that allows a user to see how the current state of the network might impact the media quality in an upcoming call. PCD shows a graphical view of your network metrics – Network MOS, Packet Loss and Interarrival Jitter.
