Revue d'infrastructure ce matin chez un client, un des serveurs frontend avait l'erreur suivante:
En investiguant un peu, il s'avere qu'un des outils du clients effectue des snapshots des différentes VM des serveurs VMWare dans les mêmes horaires que l'heure configuré par défaut du serveur de carnet d'adresse (01:30).
donc pour éviter tout problème dans ce cas de figure, il suffit de décaler l'heure de génération du carnet d'adresse:
Set-CsAddressBookConfiguration -RunTimeOfDay 04:00
Il faut rebooter ensuite le serveur pour rétablir le service à la normale
Intéressant et joli coup de publicité de microsoft avec cette nouvelle mise en ligne aujourd'hui racontant l'utilisation des services Lync pendant la campagne présidentielle Américaine de 2012:

Lync Server 2010 et 2013 prend en charge l’authentification NTLM et Kerberos pour les services web. Lync Server utilise NetworkService pour exécuter les services web. Les noms principaux de service ne peuvent pas être attribués à NetworkService.
Comme les objets Active Directory ne peuvent pas contenir de SPN, Lync Server utilise des objets de compte d’ordinateur pour résoudre ce problème. Les objets de compte d’ordinateur peuvent contenir les SPN, et leurs mots de passe n’expirent pas, ce qui n’était pas le cas avec les comptes d’utilisateur des versions précédentes.
Créer un compte kerberos
New-CsKerberosAccount -UserAccount "Nissarte\LyncKerberos" -ContainerDN "CN=Users,DC=nissarte,DC=ca"
Vérifier que le compte est correctement créer:
Attribuer un compte d’authentification Kerberos à un site
D'une part récupérer le nom du site:
New-CsKerberosAccountAssignment -UserAccount "Nissarte\LyncKerberos" -Identity "Site:DATACENTER"
Enable-CsTopology
Configuration des mots de passe de compte d’authentification Kerberos
Set-CsKerberosAccountPassword -UserAccount "Nissarte\LyncKerberos"
Validation du processus

Lors d'un déploiement avec une base utilisateurs locale au cisco call manager, pour pouvoir importer ces derniers dans Unity, il faut procéder aux étapes suivantes:
Des manipulations sont à effectuer au niveau du call manager et de Unity Connection,
Cisco Call Manager:
- S'assurer que le service Cisco AXL Web Service est démarré;
- Configuration d'un groupe utilisateur AXL-User: User Management - User Group - Add New
- Assigner le rôle AXL API à ce nouveau groupe
- Création d'un "Application user": ccmAXL: User Management - Application User - Add New
- Affecter cet utilisateur ainsi que les utilisateurs allant bénéficier des services de messageries vocale au groupe AXL-User
Cisco Unity:
- Sous "Telephony integration", aller dans "Phone System", choisi le systême actuel.
- Choisir Edit - Cisco Call Manager AXL Server - Renseigner l'adresse IP du cucm et préciser le port 8443
- Préciser l'application user crée précédemment dans le cucm
Il suffit maintenant d'aller importer les utilisateurs du call manager:

What is Lync room systems?
A Lync Room System is a comprehensive Partner offering consisting of a bundle of all required hardware and special Lync 2013 software (the Microsoft Lync Room System Edition software). The hardware includes at a minimum one or two large touch enabled displays, high definition video cameras, microphones and a console in the conference room that enables participation without a laptop or desktop from within the meeting room.

Project Description
Lync User Management Tool (LUMT) enables administrators to manage contacts, ACEs and Privacy settings on behalf of Lync Server 2013 users.
With LUMT, it is possible to:
- Add contacts to default group or to a named group
- Remove contacts from the contact list
- Add ACEs to change the relationship level for the contacts in the contact list
- Remove ACEs for the contacts in the contact list
- Set privacy preference settings for the user to be either Private or Public (this corresponds to the settings in Options/Status in Lync client)
- Change alert notification settings for the user (this corresponds to the settings in Options/Alerts in Lync client)
