Une application bien pratique de Plantronics se nommant "Smart Presence App".
Il s'agit d'une application de Plantronics qui offre des capacités améliorées de présence pour Microsoft Lync 2013 lors d'une utilisation avec Plantronics Spokes pour les logiciels Windows et micro-casques Plantronics.
Pré-requis:
- Plantronics Spokes software for Windows version 2.8 or higher
- Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0
- Microsoft Lync 2013
Fonctionnalités:
- If you are on one of our headsets that can be connected or paired to both PC and mobile phone concurrently, the Smart Presence app will automatically set your Lync presence to "In a Call" when you are on a mobile phone call.
- If you are on one of our headsets that can be connected or paired to both PC and desk phone concurrently, the Smart Presence app will automatically set your Lync presence to "In a Call" when you are on a desk phone call.
- If you use other softphones in addition to Lync, Lync will automatically update your presence to "In a Call" when you are in a call using a different softphone.
