Description:
Microsoft Lync Server Conferencing Attendant Custom Voice Prompts is a management utility that gives administrators the option of replacing the following three voice prompts used by the Conferencing Attendant before admitting a caller to a Lync meeting.
- JOIN_IFLEADERAUTH
- JOIN_HOLDINGPEN_ENTERING
- JOIN_LOBBY_ENTERING
Lync Server administrators (especially those who do not give out Leader PINs to users in their organization) can replace these prompts to provide a different meeting entry experience to phone callers.
