L’équipe ConfigMgr a publié un billet pour détailler un problème pouvant survenir lors de l’installation du client ConfigMgr 2007 SP2 via la méthode d’installation par mises à jour logicielles sur Windows 8 et Windows Server 2012. Vous êtes dans le scénario suivant :
- Une infrastructure System Center Configuration Manager 2007 SP2
- WSUS 3.0 SP2 avec la KB2734608 permettant le support de Windows 8 et Windows Server 2012
- Des machines Windows 8 et Windows Server 2012
- La méthode d’installation Software Update Point Client Installation est active afin de permettre le téléchargement et l’installation du client à partir de WSUS par les machines.
Sur les machines dans le fichier WindowsUpdate.log , vous observez :

La KB2734608 met à jour l’assembly de l’API WSUS (Microsoft.UpdateServices.Administration) mais ConfigMgr 2007 SP2 continue l’utilisation de l’API précédente.
